Purchase conditions, shipping and returns


Make a purchase

All items offered on our website can be purchased in the 'store' section, in the quantities determined in the stock. You cannot reserve quantities greater than those determined in the stock of each of the products.

Once the desired items have been accumulated in the shopping cart and the customer has clicked on the "finish purchase" button, an email will be sent to the seller with the products of the customer’s purchase, and the seller will calculate the shipping price based on the joint weight of the products purchased. The seller will send the customer an email informing him of the total cost, including shipping expenses, the approximate delivery date at the address indicated by him, along with a link to the payment platform in order for the customer to make the payment.

Payments can be made through a credit card, Paypal or by transfer. Please bear in mind that if you make the payment through bank transfer, the transaction may take between 12 and 48 hours to be completed, once notified by the receiving bank.

Once the payment is made, the purchased products will be sent. If the payment is made through a bank transfer, the products will be sent as soon as the total amount is transferred to the receiving bank account.  

Order shipping and returns

All the data required to place an order are those requested by the logistics companies we work with. Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Subsequently, once we send the order, you will receive a second email containing the date of shipment and the issue number. In this email you will be informed of the shipping details.
